Five Blades Wiki
Five heroes, one line, and a run made of choices. Combat resolves itself — the real game lives between the fights: what you buy, what you refuse, where you travel, and which build you hand to the next player's ghost battle.
Everything on this wiki is read from the game assets and the Five Blades Design Bible: every hero, monster, boss, weapon, item, biome and rule currently on disk.

The run, in one screen
Survive the biomes, win battles, adapt the build, and finish the run. It ends in victory (10 keys) or elimination (3 lives lost). It is a race between two counters, and both are moved exclusively by PvP.
| Counter | Rule |
|---|---|
| Lives | Starts at 3. Each PvP loss costs −1; each PvP win returns +1, capped at 3. Losing the third ends the run. |
| Keys | Starts at 0. Each PvP win grants +1. Ten keys win the run. |
| PvP reward | Winning or losing PvP grants no gold and no items — it only moves the counters. |
| PvE | Never touches lives or keys. Losing a PvE battle costs nothing but the loot you did not win. |
